New Yoga Class!

If we've ever had a conversation, you've heard me mention Sacred Garden Yoga. It's also very likely I invited you to a class and bragged about the amazing teacher who'd be leading. They only have amazing teachers on their schedule. It's a very special place, Sacred indeed. I'm so so proud to now be one of those amazing teachers you'll find there. Yesterday felt like the perfect time to kick off this new class because New Moons usher in a fresh lunar cycle, symbolizing new beginnings, the birth of ideas, and boundless possibilities.

As the Moon and Sun unite under Gemini's influence, their combined energies infuse our lives with purpose and intention.

Personally, my Moon is in Gemini. I believe it's part of why I am a gifted Tarot reader and can channel spirit-guide messages during readings. It probably also contributes to my outgoing and friendly vibe. What aspect of Gemini would you like to embody?
