A Down-to-Earth Guide for Reaching Higher

I believe those who know me sense I have an open mind and an accepting heart. My unique life journey instilled in me compassion, wisdom, and tenacity. It has shown me various experiences, sometimes leaving an imprint. I remember feeling disconnected from myself, and my needs for many years. Luckily, when I was about 16 years old, a free yoga class was taught at my school. I now saw a pathway to peace, a challenge to enthuse me instead of exhausting me. I didn't fully understand Yoga and wasn't a devoted practitioner until many years later. I would occasionally take a class or purchase DVDs to practice at home. All the while I was living aimlessly instead of mindfully. I didn't realize the sacredness of being a lightworker, or how to be self-possessed. I would come to my mat and find my strength, Grace, and myself. My practice grew in my mid-20s and became more serious. During this period I became more interested in my Heart's desires and less interested in doing and being all the things that were projected on me growing up. I was ready to honor myself, to have dreams of my own, and to live intentionally. I could cheer others on, and have goals for myself. I didn't have to choose. I studied Yoga and became a Teacher. I gained a deep understanding of my own Chakra development during a tumultuous childhood. After that, anything that didn't feel good fell away. Jobs, friends, environments. Sometimes painfully torn away. This was all for my Highest Good. I became more grounded and my reach gravitated to my purpose. Tapping into my psychic gifts suddenly became so easy. I give thanks to my Grandmother Anna on the other side for those. I studied symbols, archetypes, and the Tarot. I became Reiki II attuned and certified. I learned to unsubscribe from beliefs that dim my light, changing my internal and external worlds. This personal investigation is never done, and the experiences continue to serve as wisdom in my work. It helps me to step into my power. I want that for you! I'm living proof that the unstable, or even dysfunctional dynamics of our past do not need to bleed into our future. Our painful histories can be transmuted into a life well-lived. Now I'm here to encourage and assist with your elevation. I want to inspire curiosity and love for yourself. I'm very grateful to be in my purpose. It's a gift I want to keep sharing, helping to reignite the flames of others like teachers and healers have for me.
